What is Greenstar Education? We are a collective of people that have an interest in cannabis,  the cannabis industry, and the Future of cannabis, how many times can I say cannabis in the same sentence…. You might be asking if this podcast is something you want to listen to? Well, If you are interested in or curious about cannabis or CBD (which is a compound found in Cannabis and hemp) for any reason, medicinal or recreation, you have come to the right place and you should keep listening.

This podcast is not for you if you only wish to argue your opinions or try to convince people to think the way you think, however you still might find some interesting talking points to use at a party or in a trivia game so I suggest you keep listening anyway. Its not our mission to convince anyone to believe what we believe, it is our mission to put out the information we find from all different sources and interviews and let people make up their own minds which is how it should all be with free people.

Our content is mined from many sources, for the most part it will be me giving you information in a new creative way that you probably have not heard cannabis talked about before, and interviews from individuals that work in the cannabis industry, as well as people in law enforcement, political office, medical fields, and more.. We will be reporting on current cannabis events, medical trends, uses, answering questions from listeners and members of our community and anything else we can think of.

Here, you can get real answers to your cannabis questions all in one place without hearing Stupid stoner jokes, Do you want to know about what dosing to give your dog? Or what to look for on a label of a container of CBD topical. Nothing is more frustrating than searching for information and only finding garbage jokes and stoners witlessly rambling about which bud got them higher… although we do want to have some fun on the show, we also want to give you the information to make good decisions (if that doesn’t sound like a parent I don’t know what does).

At this point I want to mention that I am not a Doctor or a scientist, I’m and engineer and a father to young children and I have an interest in learning everything there is to know about cannabis because in my lifetime cannabis will be legal, my kids will live in a world where they can buy cannabis and smoking products everywhere, much like alcohol is today, and its my job to teach them safety, same as I would with alcohol, driving a car, or shooting weapons of any type… I feel like as a parent its my job to learn about cannabis to keep my kids safe when they are ready to potentially use something with or without my permission… if you feel this same way then keep listening to my podcast and let your friends know we exist… this podcast is a collection of things that I am learning, coming from many sources of research… some things will be my opinion but I am basing my conversations around facts that are available to all.

I started this show so I could also research and learn about the cannabis industry and its products and really try to understand where the market will be going. I know that the train has left the station and its only a matter of time before the rest of the population realize the truth… Cannabis is not going away, there is only a road toward it being legal even though that road may be winding, and there needs to be structured rules around its use.

Rest assured that you are getting the most accurate information my team can dig up. We are not about Fluff and telling Lies, we are not about attacking political figures or turning this into a political conversation, but our government has made this plant illegal and only our government can undo those laws so we will have some talk about the politics of legal weed.

Our Green Star education staff is working to uncover the truth about cannabis and put out that content in one place for everyone to learn from. Our country has been told what to believe for so long from media outlets and government powers that the real truth now has to be discovered again. This podcast is designed to help listeners get the facts so they can make the decision on their own about whether to take part In an industry that’s moving forward rapidly

Additionally, we believe that knowledge is the key to understanding what this plant can do for our society, including helping PTSD, people with seizures, Parkinson’s, people with Crohn’s or Colitas, Sleep disorders, Anxiety, and many more. We don’t believe that Cannabis is a good product for everyone, as with any legal substance, there are certainly people that don’t respond well to it, however there are many others that do very well. And we believe that the truth is somewhere in the middle.

Come, Listen and discover the truth with me and my team, as we dig into the myth, and facts, about medical and recreational use, then make up your own mind about whether this plant should be legal or not. Stop being told what to believe and get the information you need to be informed.  We will not try and persuade you in any direction, just give you the info, if you agree great, if you disagree, that’s fine too you are the one who needs to decide.

We are striving to learn everything there is to know about CBD, THC, marijuana, cannabis, hemp, and whatever else might want to learn about, and if you have a question let us know, we might feature your question on one of our shows. This is not a black and white issue, but the truth lies somewhere in the middle.
